When you shop with us, you are covered by the PriceRunner Buyer Protection. This means that your purchase is protected up to £5,000 if problems arise in connection with your purchase. The Buyer Protection scheme is free and applies to all registered PriceRunner members.
The Buyer Protection covers events where retailers do not assume their statutory liability and resolve problems within 60 days. It only covers consumers resident in United Kingdom.
If you are not already a PriceRunner member but visited us via their site, you can, within 60 minutes of your purchase, complete your registration. It is free and takes less than three minutes – and then your purchase will be protected!
The PriceRunner Buyer Protection compensates you for damage to goods upon delivery, defective goods, if an individual product is missing on delivery, if the goods are incorrect or if the goods are not delivered. Remember that the order must be addressed to you personally. You will only be refunded for direct financial damage that you have suffered, purchase costs and shipping costs. The PriceRunner Buyer Protection does not cover you for other direct or indirect costs, depreciation or loss of revenue.
