All orders are shipped via our couriers depending on your item. Please note that free Standard Delivery only applies to the mainland UK region and UK non-Mainland orders less than 5kg in weight. The UK Mainland service excludes:

Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Firth of Clyde Islands, Argyll and Bute with Loch Lomond and Inner Hebrides, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands: Jersey, Guernsey

The Next Day Delivery service means your goods will be despatched same working day (if ordered before 2PM) with the faster 24-hour delivery service offered by our couriers, in comparison to the standard delivery rate. 

The Saturday Express Delivery service offers Saturday delivery for orders on the Friday before 2PM, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Saturday Express Delivery  (orders before Friday 2PM; excl. Scottish Highlands) - £10.95 GBP

 

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey:

Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days (for items less than 5kg) - Free

Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days (for items greater than 5kg) - £9.95 GBP

 

 

You will receive an on-screen confirmation once your payment has been authorised. Along with an email acknowledging your order, the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases, you will be provided with an order reference number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you an order receipt. Please keep this safe for your records.

If after the expected delivery time you have still to take receipt of your order please email enquiries@magicvision.uk or call 02072539936 (Mon – Fri 10:30am – 6:30pm) providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have so we can help you, and track the item. Please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery time to claim if the item is lost in transit, otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund.

We strive to answer all queries within one working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for by the recipient. They will not be left with a neighbour, or garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if the packaging is damaged please do not accept the goods. Instead, notify us as soon as possible. If there is no one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left. Once the nominated carrier obtains a clean signature, no claims will be accepted. You have to trust the shipper as we do.
